Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacist located in Setapak. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately, providing patient counseling on proper medication use, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy, managing prescription records, advising patients on wellness and healthcare products, and collaborating with healthcare providers to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The Pharmacist will also contribute to the development of community health initiatives led by Alpro Pharmacy.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in medication dispensing, prescription management, and pharmacy compliance.
  • Strong communication and counseling skills to educate patients on medication use and health maintenance.
  • Basic knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and product recommendation.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to ethical pharmaceutical care.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
  • Current registration with the Malaysian Pharmacy Board and a valid Annual Retention Certificate (ARC).
  • Passion for community healthcare and willingness to contribute to patient well-being.
