Job summary

Link Healthcare Asia in Malaysia is seeking a Quality Officer in Commercial Products and Vendor Management to support the Quality Assurance function. You will help maintain the Pharmaceutical Quality System, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure GMP/GDP compliance.

You will handle change control, non-conformances, quality complaints, and documentation, participate in audits, and contribute to vendor management and QTA processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GMP and GDP requirements.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences is advantageous.
• Ability to promote GMP/GDP principles across divisions.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Change Control, Non-Conformance and Quality Complaints within the PQS.
• Create, review and approve SOPs, WIs and forms.
• Maintain GMP/GDP compliant records (electronic and paper).
• Support Product Quality Review, Batch review and release.
• Assist in stability programme management with CMOs.
