Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking a Personal Banking Relationship Manager to build and sustain long-term relationships with high-value customers, helping them achieve their financial goals and grow their wealth.

You will provide expert advice on investments, insurance and banking products, develop sales strategies, collaborate with internal teams, and stay informed on market trends to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years in banking, finance or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong product knowledge, with the ability to provide expert advice on investment, insurance, and banking products
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth
