WORLDWIDE WELLNESS CONSULTING MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. – Anytime Fitness in Subang Jaya, M10, MY, is hiring a Full-time Personal Trainer. The role involves creating safe, customized fitness programs, conducting inductions, and driving member engagement both on-site and online.

Desirable candidates have 2 years of PT experience or fitness certifications, with strong customer service and sales abilities. Diploma or higher in a medical-related field is preferred; on-site work only.

Qualifications

• Possess exemplary customer service skills coupled with excellent sales skills.
• 2-year experience as a Personal Trainer is a plus, but fresh graduates with fitness background and certifications are also welcome to apply.
• Preferred first aid certification, or any fitness‑related certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any medical‑related field (Physical Therapy, Sports Science, Physical Education degrees are preferred).
• Can work in a sales‑driven environment.
• Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred).
• License/Certification: Sports Science Certification? (Preferred).
• Work Location: In person.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complementary induction sessions for new members.
• Design safe and effective customised programs for clients both in the gym and for Anytime Home Fitness.
• Conduct fitness reassessments to members on a per‑6 weeks basis.
• Be active on the floor to assist members, and ensure the gym floor is tidy and safe.
• Sell and conduct personal training services to members.
• Facilitate and lead group classes.
• Aim to achieve and exceed monthly target set by management.
• Re‑engage with at‑risk members through a call drive.
• Save members from cancelling by providing fitness consultation.
• Develop social media content that will drive retention and loyalty.
• Spearhead other fitness activities in the club.
