MoneySmart generates leads on its platform in the form of customers who are actively seeking personal loans. Your mission will be to promptly contact these leads, understand their loan needs, compare across both bank and licensed MoneyLender options, and advise them on the best‑suited product for their circumstances. You will guide them through the full application process and follow up until the loan is secured.
This role is central to improving loan approval success rates by helping customers who may not qualify with banks but are well‑suited for alternative MoneyLender products. You are expected to provide responsive, consultative, and trustworthy advice to help customers make the right decision.
You will be working closely with our Head of Commercial and Personal Loan vertical leads to drive sales excellence, improve funnel conversion, and foster a positive customer‑centric culture. Leads will be fully provided by the company, with an attractive monthly incentive structure, annual leave, and EPF contributions. This is a remote‑work role with full training on product knowledge and advisory processes provided.
All leads will be provided by the company. No face‑to‑face interactions with customers required.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in loan advisory/sales.
