Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking a Personal Financial Consultant to build long-lasting relationships with customers, understand their needs, and grow wealth. You will provide tailored financial solutions across investment, insurance, and banking, and manage a portfolio to deliver holistic client outcomes.

We require a degree with 3+ years in banking/finance, strong communication, proven sales and relationship-building, and self-motivation.

Qualifications

• A degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in banking, finance, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Proven sales and relationship-building skills, with a track record of achieving targets and growing customer relationships.
• Strong product knowledge, with the ability to provide expert advice on investment, insurance, and banking products.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
