A local legal firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Personal Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner. Responsibilities include managing communications, taking notes during meetings, and coordinating various tasks. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills in both English and Malay, be adaptable, and work well both independently and within a team. Immediate availability is preferred.
Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
Help with daily time management
Coordinate events and engagements
Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
To assist the Managing Partner to oversee and supervise the Firm
Those without the necessary experience but with a great attitude and willingness to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Malay;
Able to work as part of a team or independently, as required;
Able to meet the challenges of working in an result‑oriented team;
Willing to learn and adapt quickly;
Preferably able to start work immediately.
To be based in our upcoming branch in Kuala Lumpur or our Client's office in Kuala Lumpur.
