We are looking for a proactive and organised Personal Executive Assistant to support the Director across multiple business areas including mall operations, development projects, property management and F&B. The ideal candidate must be fast, responsible and able to coordinate tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Director in executing plans across mall, property, development and F&B.
Coordinate documents, admin tasks, follow-ups, research and meeting preparation.
Communicate with tenants, consultants, designers, suppliers and partners.
Attend meetings and site visits (including travel outside KK when needed).
Prepare letters, proposals, presentations and simple reports.
Track deadlines, follow up action items and maintain organised files.
Handle confidential matters with professionalism.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business, Management, Admin or related fields.
2–4 years experience in EA, admin, coordinator or business support roles.
Strong communication and writing skills
Proactive, fast in execution, good at follow-through.
Confident speaking to tenants, consultants and external parties.
Able to travel outstation/overseas for meetings when required.
Independent, reliable and organised.
