Personal Content Creator for Managing Director & CEO
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Personal Content Creator to manage and produce high-quality content representing the Managing Director and CEO’s personal brand. This role focuses on crafting professional, authentic, and engaging content across digital platforms to strengthen executive presence, leadership positioning, and company branding.
Create compelling content (videos, photos, captions, articles) for the MD & CEO’s personal and professional platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
Develop content that reflects leadership values, business insights, company culture, and industry expertise.
Assist in building and maintaining a strong executive personal brand aligned with corporate objectives.
Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently across platforms.
Monitor engagement, comments, and messages, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on trends relevant to executive branding and thought leadership.
Develop a monthly content calendar tailored to the MD & CEO’s schedule, events, and priorities.
Propose creative content ideas, campaigns, and storytelling angles.
Align personal branding content with company marketing and PR strategies.
Record behind-the-scenes moments, meetings, events, and speaking engagements (where appropriate).
Edit short-form and long-form videos suitable for social media and professional platforms.
Ensure all visual content meets professional and brand quality standards.
Write clear, impactful captions, posts, and short articles in professional English.
Assist in drafting speeches, announcements, or public-facing messages when required.
Maintain a consistent tone of voice that reflects leadership credibility and authenticity.
Track content performance and engagement metrics.
Prepare simple reports and insights to improve future content strategies.
Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or personal branding.
Strong command of written and spoken English.
Skilled in basic photo and video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe, Canva).
Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills.
Ability to work closely with senior management and handle confidential information professionally.
Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently.
Experience managing executive or personal brand accounts.
Understanding of business, entrepreneurship, or corporate leadership content.
Knowledge of social media algorithms and trends.
Reports directly to the Managing Director / CEO or Corporate Communications Team.
Works closely with Marketing, PR, and Design teams.
