Job summary

R Pharmacy (Pastel Care Sdn Bhd) seeks a Personal Care Assistant for Razak Mansion KL to support daily outlet operations and meet sales targets. You will deliver friendly service, recommend products, and ensure accurate cash handling while maintaining appealing displays.

Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided. The role requires good communication, teamwork, and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays at our Razak Mansion KL store.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent; fresh graduates welcome with training provided.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily outlet operations and sales targets.
• Provide friendly customer service and recommend suitable products.
• Handle cash and cashless transactions accurately.
• Maintain product displays, pricing and stock availability.
• Assist with stock replenishment, deliveries and inventory.
