Your Roles & Responsibilities

• Solicit customers for Deposits, Insurance and Investment Products within BNM’s Responsible Lending Guidelines and other products as and when required by Management;
• Complete cold calling for all related leads assigned and to increase acquisition through high leads conversion rate;
• Source and develop new customer leads through existing customer’s referrals;
• Handle the Account Opening process including Debit Card issuance of acquired customers;
• Maintain account information after opening (CASA, FD) to ensure accurate customer information is captured in the system;
• Facilitate HL Connect for new accounts opened to increase penetration rate of HL Connect;
• Cross‑sell other banking products as and when opportunity arises to increase customers’ stickiness with HLB;
• Exhibit high professionalism and competency when interacting with customers;
• Comply with bank’s relevant internal policies, SOPs, sales compliance and statutory requirements in relation to FSA, KYC, AMLA and all relevant internal policies & procedures and sales compliance;
• Maintain and uphold service standards set by the Bank at all times.

Who Are We Looking Out For

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field such as Banking, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Marketing or Business Studies;
• Possessing the following licenses will be an advantage: PCE (Life), PCE (General), CIELI, FIMM/FMUTM, IPPC;
• Passion for success and keen to work in a sales‑driven environment;
• Good track record and knowledge of wealth products such as Unit Trust, Bancassurance, Structured Products and Dual Currency Investments;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
