Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Johor Region is seeking a Personal Bancassurance professional to advise clients on life, medical, and investment plans, helping them secure their financial future with tailored solutions. You will hit sales targets, build lasting customer relationships, and collaborate with a supportive team on exciting campaigns across Bandar Baru Uda, Senai, JB City Center, Pasir Gudang and Pontian.

Fresh graduates are welcome if you hold a diploma or degree, with banca/takaful licenses

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree holder; fresh graduates welcome.
• 1+ years in banking sales (Wealth/Banca advantage) or 2+ years in any sales industry.
• Sales-driven and customer-focused; strong communication skills; banca/takaful license a plus.
