About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. As the Personal Assistant to the Director, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of the business and ensuring the Director's time is managed efficiently. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Hong Kong.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Director, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
  • Preparing and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Director
  • Conducting research and providing analysis to support the Director's decision-making process
  • Handling travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and arranging itineraries
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for the Director, screening and prioritising communications
  • Assisting with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar personal assistant or executive assistant role, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in the use of office productivity software, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels
  • Discreet and professional, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Fluent in Mandarin, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively in English an advantage
