Personal Assistant to Director (Mandarin Required)

We’re hiring a Personal Assistant to the Director — someone highly organized, trustworthy, and capable of assisting the company founder with daily work and follow-ups. You will act as the bridge between the founder and various internal and external parties.

This role is suitable for someone who is calm, proactive, structured, and enjoys solving problems and making things happen behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

Prepare materials and reminders for internal and external meetings

Assist with project follow-ups, execution, tracking

Communicate on behalf of the director with partners, vendors, teams

Research and compile data/information needed for decision‑making

Filter and summarize information (e.g. WhatsApp, emails, documents)

Occasionally assist with personal errands, bookings, arrangements

Support confidential matters and sensitive documents

Handle special tasks and adapt to urgent requests as needed

Requirements

Diploma or above, any major

Prior PA/EA/admin/project coordination experience preferred

Excellent communication and writing skills

Strong command of Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc.) & Notion (preferable)

Highly responsible, detail‑oriented, steady under pressure

Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Willing to learn fast and adapt to a fast‑paced environment

Trustworthy, discreet, and dependable
