About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and skilled Personal Assistant to Director to join our team at Ban Hin Bee Sdn Bhd in George Town, Penang. This is a full‑time position providing vital administrative and executive support to our Director. The ideal candidate will have exceptional Mandarin language skills to effectively communicate with our leadership team and clients.

What you’ll be doing
  • Providing comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Director, including managing the Director’s calendar, arranging meetings and travel, and handling correspondence.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and coordinating schedules.
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Maintaining and organising electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Providing administrative support for the wider team as needed.
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally in a fast‑paced corporate environment.
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with people at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
