Pure Mylk Sdn Bhd is a growing plant-based milk manufacturer dedicated to producing high-quality, sustainable, and nutritious dairy alternatives. We are expanding our operations and seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO to support our leadership team in daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Liaise professionally with internal departments, business partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in project coordination, research, and follow-ups on pending matters.
  • Organize and maintain proper filing systems and ensure timely documentation flow.
  • Support the CEO in day-to-day operational and personal matters when required.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience supporting senior executives or C-level management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
  • Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
