A multinational company based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This role involves managing schedules, overseeing business operations, and liaising with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with 3–5 years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office. This position requires a willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Manage the CEO’s schedule, appointments, travel, and communications.
Prepare presentations, executive briefs, and meeting materials.
Serve as the main liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence and confidential documents.
Monitor ongoing business operations, projects, and initiatives.
Coordinate with department heads to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
Highlight operational issues and provide concise updates to the CEO.
Assist in evaluating operational performance and proposing improvements.
Analyse financial statements, P&L, balance sheets, and budgets.
Summarise insights, highlight key areas requiring management attention.
Support the CEO in evaluating investments, financial ratios, and risk assessments.
Prepare dashboards, performance summaries, and decision-support materials.
Maintain organised filing systems, documentation, and trackers.
Handle confidential information with the highest discretion.
Support other directors when workload permits.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Business Analyst, or similar role.
Strong financial literacy; ability to interpret financial statements and management reports.
Experience with investment assessment and financial ratios is a plus.
Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); analytics tool experience a plus.
Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
Knowledge of operations and business development is highly desirable.
