Overview
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Perform personal errands and tasks as required by the CEO.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, prioritizing and responding as necessary.
- Support the CEO in personal and professional projects or events.
