We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant (Management Trainee) to the Director. As a Personal Assistant (Management Trainee), you may collaborate with Director and entrepreneurs to drive the company strategic and oversee the execution of company projects. It’s crucial role in managing professional tasks for the Director and providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the company.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Director and relevant business parties to ensure the information flow smoothly and effectively to support the decision making and strategy developing.

Act as a primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails with professionalism and discretion.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives or managers, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, prepare reports, documentation and powerpoint presentation.

Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, inquiries, and tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion.

Collaborate with other departments and team members to facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination of projects and initiatives to ensure performance hit.

Conduct research, gather information, and prepare briefing materials to support decision-making and project planning.

Assist in all ad‑hoc assignments.
