A reputable firm in Malaysia is seeking a Personal Assistant to the CEO. This role requires organizational skills, strong communication in English, and a proficiency in Mandarin. Responsibilities include supporting the CEO with administrative and secretarial tasks, managing schedules, and organizing travel. We are seeking a highly organized and discreet Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to support the CEO in both professional and personal matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. This role requires frequent international travel and long‑term overseas assignments. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to the Director in both professional and personal matters.
Accompany the Director on business trips and long‑term overseas assignments.
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Director.
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
Organise and coordinate international and domestic travel itineraries, visas, and accommodation.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
Liaise with stakeholders, partners, and internal teams across multiple countries.
Ensure smooth communication and workflow on behalf of the Director.
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other Asian languages is an advantage.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant.
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
High level of adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and professionalism.
Able to travel frequently and commit to long‑term overseas postings.
Strong organisational, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
Based in Malaysia with frequent overseas travel (Malaysia – Domestic, China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia).
