Personal assistant Director ( Executive Assistant )

About the Role

Sri Tanjung Medicare (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to the Director to join our team in Penang. This is a full-time position providing high-level administrative and executive support to the Director, ensuring the smooth running of their office and day-to-day operations.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on action items from meetings
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, expense reporting and correspondence
  • Provide general office support, including coordinating team events and managing office supplies
  • Act as a point of contact for the Director, filter inquiries and manage their communications
  • Support the Director with any other ad-hoc tasks as required
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably within a similar industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Proven discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Will work independently, be willing to travel and must be able to learn new skills and knowledge
