We are seeking a proactive, organised, and discreet Personal Assistant (Butler) to support a private family. You will manage schedules, coordinate household and children’s activities, plan travel and events, assist with business and social media, and ensure smooth daily operations in a dynamic, lifestyle-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage family calendars, appointments, and children’s activities.
  • Coordinate household staff, service providers, and errands.
  • Organise family meals, dining, and travel preparations.
  • Coordinate dining services, including serving meals, beverages, and hosting formal events.
  • Maintain the residence to a high standard of cleanliness and organisation.
  • Maintain and organise wardrobes; assist with shopping and styling.
  • Plan and coordinate events, celebrations, and gifting.
  • Assist with travel bookings, itineraries, and kid‑friendly activities.
  • Support social media content creation and engagement (Instagram/TikTok).
  • Maintain household inventory, digital files, and simple finance tracking.
  • Schedule medical, wellness, and enrichment appointments for the family.
  • Ensure the security and privacy of the household are maintained at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Certification, Diploma or Degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or related fields.
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Butler, or Admin Assistant preferred.
