Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in administrative support, marketing, brand operations, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Able to handle client-facing and brand-facing communication professionally.
- Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, email management, scheduling tools, and task trackers.
- Ability to follow up diligently and push tasks towards completion.
- Basic understanding of content creation, influencer marketing, or brand campaigns is an advantage.
- High level of responsibility, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Responsibility
1. Personal Assistant to CEO
- Manage and organise the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, and reminders.
- Handle communication filtering—screen messages, prepare responses, and highlight urgent matters.
- Maintain task lists and ensure the CEO is updated on pending deadlines.
- Assist with document preparation, basic research, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate internal team communication on behalf of the CEO.
- Ensure smooth day‑to‑day workflow and assist in ad‑hoc duties when needed.
2. Brand Operations and Campaign Management
- Coordinate all brand job schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
- Review briefs from brands/agencies and prepare simplified task sheets for the team.
- Track content creation progress from draft to posting.
- Manage revisions, feedback, and submissions to brands.
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and deadlines.
3. Client and Brand Communication
- Act as the first‑level contact point for brands and agencies.
- Handle first‑level negotiation on rates, deliverables, and timelines.
- Maintain professional, timely communication with clients.
- Escalate final decisions and approvals to the CEO when needed.
4. Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare weekly updates and summaries for the CEO on job status.
- Maintain organised records of campaigns, agreements, and deliverables.
- Assist in generating performance summaries/reporting to brands.
5. Finance and Payment Coordination
- Follow up with brands/agencies on payment status.
- Coordinate closely with admin/finance for invoicing and payment tracking.
- Maintain a payment tracker for all brand jobs.
6. Business Development Support
- Source new brand opportunities and partnerships.
- Maintain a list of potential leads and follow‑up records.
- Support outreach and proposal preparation when required.
