We are seeking an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to join the team at NOVA PROJECTS MANAGEMENT SDN BHD. This full‑time role is basedaran, Sabah and will provide crucial administrative and organisational support to the senior leadership team. As a key member of our office, you will play an integral part in ensuring the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations.

What you’ll be doing
  • Managing calendars meetings and making travel arrangements for senior executives
  • \
  • Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, including preparing documents, reports and presentations
  • Acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling queries and fielding communications
  • Assisting with project management tasks and coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems and records
  • Providing general office support as needed, such as ordering supplies and managing inventory
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional and diplomatic approach
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
