Salary Range: RM3,000.00 - RM10,000.00

Position Overview

The Personal Assistant (PA) provides full support to the Director in both professional and personal matters. This includes administrative assistance, transportation, personal errands, and general coordination to ensure the Director’s daily activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Scope

Drive the Director to meetings, site visits, and official functions safely and punctually.

Drive the Director’s family members to hospital appointments or other destinations as instructed.

Run errands such as collecting or delivering documents, buying groceries, and other personal items.

Maintain the cleanliness, readiness, and servicing schedules of the assigned vehicle.

Administrative & Personal Assistance

Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.

Handle booking of air tickets, accommodation, and travel arrangements (local and overseas).

Conduct online research and gather information as requested by the Director.

Manage phone calls, messages, and correspondence discreetly.

Maintain records, receipts, and documentation for company and personal expenses.

Personal Support Duties

Support the Director and family in daily needs, including personal or household‑related tasks when requested.

Ensure confidentiality in all personal and professional matters.

Be available on standby for urgent duties, including after office hours, weekends, or outstation travel.

Other Responsibilities

Handle any ad-hoc assignments given by the Director.

Liaise with internal staff, vendors, or service providers when necessary.

Uphold a professional image and represent the Director and company appropriately in all interactions.

Job Requirements

Minimum Degree qualification or equivalent.

Valid driving license with a clean driving record.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Driver, or in a similar role.

Familiar with routes, traffic conditions, and navigation tools such as Waze and Google Maps.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in basic computer use (Google search, online booking, WhatsApp, email).

Trustworthy, punctual, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.

Pleasant personality with a positive and proactive attitude.
