Job summary

A leading property development company in Malaysia is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director. Responsibilities include calendar management, meeting coordination, and maintaining an efficient filing system. The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. This role is based in Seri Manjung, Perak.

Qualifications

Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

Record accurate and timely minutes during meetings and ensure proper follow-up on action items.

Liaise with internal department, particularly Accounts to facilitate documentation, payments, and approvals.

Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, and correspondence for the Director’s review and endorsement.

Maintain an efficient filing system, safeguard confidential information, and ensure accuracy and proper documentation.

Assist in organizing company events, appointments, and external engagements.

Handle ad hoc tasks and special assignments as assigned by the Director.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.

Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and preferably a third language.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

High level of professionalism and ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Seri Manjung, Perak.
