Job summary

Job description

This is a full-time position based in Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur. As a Personal Assistant, you will be providing high-level administrative and executive support to the leadership team at CASB AGENCY.

What you'll be doing

Responsible in managing the Director’s day-to-day administrative and operational matters

Assist in organizing of in-house and external events/roadshows/activities/training etc.

Willing to take on more job responsibilities when need arises

Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required

Assist director for daily office activities or operation

Receive, direct and relay telephone, and email messages.

What we're looking for

Diploma or higher education qualification preferred

Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay (spoken and written). "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Proactive, resourceful, responsible, responsive and flexible to changes

Willing to travel, when required
