A company in Malaysia is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide support for an Executive's business and personal needs. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience, excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, and be highly organized. This role requires adaptability and the ability to manage travel arrangements and personal matters remotely, supporting a fast-paced lifestyle.
We are looking for a Personal Assistant (the “PA”) to work with an Executive (the “Executive”) on her business and personal needs. Specifically, we are looking for someone who is resourceful, flexible, adaptable, as well as enthusiastic, energetic, patient and detailed oriented. Given that the Executive travels very frequently and for long periods, this role will require the PA to work with the Executive remotely, adapt to the fast-paced lifestyle of the Executive, as well as take care of the family of the Executive.
