The role requires experience as a Personal Assistant and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Manage the Head of Creative’s daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Head of Creative.
Prepare documents, reports, briefs, and presentations as required.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, creative reviews, and events.
Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Safely drive the Head of Creative to company and personal appointments, events, and meetings.
Ensure punctuality and plan travel routes efficiently to optimize time.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness, upkeep, and schedule regular servicing.
Handle errands, deliveries, and other logistical requirements as needed.
