A growing corporate organization in Malaysia is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Director/COO. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating travel, and preparing reports. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience. They must be well-organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Provide day-to-day administrative and executive support to the Director/COO.
Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and correspondence effectively.
Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests on behalf of the Director/COO.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
Prepare and assist with reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
Organize meetings and follow up on action items and deadlines.
Conduct basic research and information gathering when required.
Handle confidential information with professionalism.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Secretary/ Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant supporting senior management.
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Well-organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Able to perform well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
