Providing executive and personal support in a one-on-one working relationship.
Responsible for daily administrative support work for Director – schedules and organizing meetings, appointments, travelling schedules, handling private and confidential matters.
Be attentive and thoughtful to the Director’s preference, understanding the best way to assist and alleviate pressures in the Director role and responsibilities.
Handling and managing Director’s personal affairs and general errands.
