Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Group CEO schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle daily secretarial duties and assist Group CEO in carrying out required tasks.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel plans, ensuring all are handled efficiently.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all dealings with sensitive information and correspondence.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Exhibit professionalism, respect, and discretion in all interactions.
  • Assist in personal tasks and other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in management, economics, marketing or any related field.
