Performance Marketing Manager (Furniture & Fixtures)

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be developing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive awareness, demand generation, and conversion across APAC B2B and B2C channels. Also:

  • Managing and optimising multi‑market digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and regional platforms to maximize ROAS.
  • Analysing campaign performance data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Monitoring industry and platform trends to introduce best practices, new ad formats, and innovative channel opportunities.
  • Managing budgets and media plans, ensuring efficient allocation, forecasting accuracy, and ROI optimization across all channels.
  • Preparing and presenting detailed performance reports covering KPIs, ROI, CPA, and campaign insights for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Leading A/B testing and experimentation to improve conversion rates, channel efficiency, and overall funnel performance.
  • Coaching and mentoring Performance Marketing Executives (Paid and Organic) to elevate team capability and collaboration.
