Responsibilities

• Provide cross-sectional support to employees, managers, P&C, and PS.
• Handle queries through ticket tools, providing timely responses.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Support testing of new functionality in ServiceNow.
• Deliver high-quality service to internal and former employees.
• Monitor compliance with Core Model guidelines.

Skills

Basic understanding of HR processes and activities

Proficiency in English (advanced level)

Proficiency in local language: Japanese

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Familiarity with People Services tools (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow)

Strong attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Adaptability, teamwork, and willingness to learn

Awareness of data privacy rules (e.g., GDPR)

Education

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

3-5 years of experience in HR or related field
