Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Manage benefits administration and payroll processing as per employee handbook.
  • Maintain monthly analytics reports for HR planning.
  • Drive digitalization projects and employee engagement activities.
  • Support recruitment and hiring activities, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Execute departmental operations, including ISO audit processes.
  • Align and review development and succession planning.
  • Assist the People & Culture team with ad-hoc tasks.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Manage benefits administration/payroll processing in accordance with employee handbook/statutory requirements.
  • Manage and maintain monthly analytics reports for People & Culture planning and strategies purpose.
  • Drive People & Culture process improvement related digitalization projects, employee engagement and branding activities.
  • Support in driving the recruitment and hiring activities which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering employment and onboarding, to fulfil the current and anticipated manpower needs of the organization.
  • Execute the day-to-day departmental operations, including employee records upkeeping, ISO audit process to ensure compliance, insurances remarketing and renewal and any related task as assigned.
  • Support the organization growth by aligning and reviewing the individual development plan/succession planning/short term/long term business growth plan.
  • Support People & Culture team in various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Academic Qualification: Enrolled at least bachelor’s degree in human resources management/psychology/business admin or relevant field.
  • Experiences:
    • Self-driven, good problem-solving skill and strong willingness to learn.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
