  • Lead and deliver initiatives across employee engagement, cultural development, succession planning, performance management, and workforce planning.

  • Manage, coach, and support a team of People Consultants in the markets to ensure effective local implementation of regional people initiatives.

  • Collaborate with COEs and People Partners to embed people initiatives such as learning and development, leadership programmes, and performance systems.

  • Guide and support recruitment, promotions, and internal mobility decisions in partnership with Talent Acquisition.

  • Provide people data insights, recommend action plans, and track engagement and retention outcomes.

  • Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture aligned with BSI values.

About You

  • Strong background in employee relations and leading change and transformation initiatives.

  • Confident working across diverse geographies and cultures, with strong influencing, coaching, and communication skills.

  • Highly organised and analytical, with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Proficient in HR systems, particularly Workday, with experience in data analysis and project delivery.
