Jawatan ini menawarkan gaji antara RM 2,000 hingga RM 2,300 sebulan dan memerlukan pengalaman dalam pengurusan bangunan. Tanggungjawab termasuk menguruskan sistem pengurusan, menjawab panggilan dan mendapatkan dokumen. Kemasukan segera diperlukan.

Responsibilities

  • Memahami dan berpengalaman dalam Sistem Pengurusan Hartanah.
  • Menguruskan janji temu untuk Pengurus Bangunan.
  • Menjawab panggilan dan menyusun dokumen berkaitan.
  • Mengeluarkan invois bulanan dan memantau pembayaran.
  • Berurusan dengan aduan dan pertanyaan daripada penduduk.

Overview

PEMBANTU TADBIR / ADMIN ASSISTANT
GAJI RM 2,000 SEHINGGA RM 2,300. LOKASI DI PRESINT 17 PUTRAJAYA
Syarikat firma kami sedang mencari Pembantu Tadbir / Admin Assistant bagi mengisi kekosongan jawatan di kondominium / apartment bangunan di kawasan Presint 17, Putrajaya.

Pekerjaan ini adalah di dalam bidang pengurusan bangunan iaitu Management Office / Pejabat Pengurusan Apartment. Pengalaman amat didahulukan dan diutamakan.

Responsibilities
  • 1) To understand and good verse in the Property Management System that been used for the running of Management Office system.
  • 2) To arrange appointment for the Building Manager to meet with Service Providers or Residents.
  • 3) Attending to phone calls and vetting letters, notices and memos for the Building Manager.
  • 4) Filing of documents, letters and memos.
  • 5) Issuing Monthly Invoice & Monitoring payment to ensure proper credit control.
  • 6) Preparation of monthly cheque payments to service providers, vendors or any other contractors approved by the JMB / MC.
  • 7) Typing letters, memos and notices.
  • 8) To assist Building Manager to monitor the financial performance.
  • 9) To assist Building Manager on the follow up of contractors and service providers.
  • 10) To provide customers service to residents/owners in handling complaints, inquiries and information.
  • 11) Attend to all administration and front office accounts.
  • 12) Other responsibilities which are not defined above but which may be considered normal based on market practice/standards.
  • 13) As an employee, you will be included in all Headquarters and site related WhatsApp group for easy communication and if there is a query addressed to you, then you are required to acknowledge or appropriate timely manner.
  • 14) Other relevant duties required pertaining to management and maintenance of the building given by GKPM and its Directors.
