Job summary

Kiddo HealthCare Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Clinic Assistant Cum Content Creator/Marketing to support clinical operations and build engaging health content. The role blends patient-facing clinic duties with creating educational material for families about paediatric health topics.

You will develop and edit content for social media and other channels, collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure accuracy, and manage day-to-day admin tasks to help the clinic run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Experience in a medical/clinical setting preferred but not required.
• Proven content creation experience in healthcare or child-related setting.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop content strategies to educate and engage paediatric health topics.
• Produce written and visual content for social media and other marketing channels.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate information is shared with our audience.
• Monitor social media channels and engage with followers to foster community engagement.
• Assist in the efficient operation of the clinic by performing administrative tasks and providing support to staff as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to clinic policies and procedures.
