Insulet Corporation in Malaysia is seeking a Test Technician to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve test equipment and processes for the production line. The role involves cross-training to repair and enhance the stability of stations such as Final Tester, Leak Tester, and wake up tester.
Ideal candidates have a Diploma in Electric/Electronics Engineering and 3–4 years of PCBA testing, debugging, and automation equipment optimization experience.
Job Summary responsible for machine installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and improvement of the process test equipment. Position Overview: The Test Technician will be responsible for the Test equipment/Machine installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance improvement. They will also be trained and cross-trained to repair, maintain and improve the stability and reliability of various stations including Final Tester, Leak Tester, wake up tester, SMC current tester etc. Test technicians must be quality-conscious, aggressively self-directed, motivated team members, and willing and eager to gain and share new knowledge with the team. The normal schedule for the plant is a 24/7 operation and will require flexibility to maintain standards across all shifts. Minimum Requirements:
Able to work all shifts and some weekends as required to support business objectives. Required to stand for at least 75% of working time per shift, with walking at least 50% of working time per shift.
