  • Ensure timely, accurate delivery of HR Payroll services that meet SLAs, comply with relevant country-specific (global) employment laws, and adhere to internal policies.
  • Run payroll via SAP system.
  • Reconciliation work from PDA, Time & Attendance, Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure that all the payroll reports incorporate the changes for the right monthly salary and remuneration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver responsive, customer-focused HR solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members on related matters, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement (CI).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and engage in key projects to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A diploma/degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or in any relevant disciplines.
  • At least 3–5 years of working exposure or experience in payroll within SSC/ BPO/ MNC supporting multiple/different countries (preferred).
  • Candidate with experience in SAP / Workday would be an added advantage.
  • Willing to be based at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (accessible by LRT).
