Role Description
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations, while also addressing employee inquiries and discrepancies promptly.
- Design, implement, and administer competitive compensation structures and employee benefits programs, regularly reviewing and adjusting them to align with organizational objectives.
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and maintaining comprehensive records in the applicant tracking system.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, organizing events, implementing recognition programs, and actively participating in employee surveys to gauge satisfaction.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to provide insights into payroll expenses, benefits utilization, and compensation trends, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management on payroll metrics, budgetary impact, and other relevant insights, aiding strategic planning.
- Stay informed about changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and ensure compliance in all payroll and compensation practices.
