A leading payroll solutions provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Junior Payroll Implementation Specialist to manage payroll system implementations. You will work closely with clients to ensure their requirements are met, conduct training, and ensure compliance with Malaysian regulations. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of relevant experience, a diploma or degree in IT, and exceptional business communication skills. This role emphasizes quality service delivery and client management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related position.
• Good understanding of HRMS process and best practices is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Malaysia Payroll Statutory is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Business Requirement / Fit Gap Study for payroll software implementation.
• Document client requirements and provide solutions.
• Ensure compliance with client's requirements and Malaysia statutory requirements.
• Conduct training for client user team.
