The Role
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily payroll operations for clients including Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong clients
- To ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll in achieving client’s satisfaction
- Assist in tax related issues
- Manage clients’ requests and coordinate with various parties to ensure clients requests are handled promptly and accurately
Ideal Profile
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree holder in any discipline
- Good understanding on the whole payroll cycle which includes processing, statutory contribution and submission
- Fresh graduates or candidates with some working experience
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficient in spoken Cantonese
- Proficient with MS Office and keen in learning payroll systems
- Good numerical sense
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within a collaborative environment and multi-task
- Both a team player and an individual contributor
- Adaptable and enjoy challenges with proactive attitude
- Responsible, determined, result-oriented, cooperative, hard-working
- Acceptance to occasionally work under pressure and meet deadlines
