Job description
Responsibilities
  • Prepare, analyze and audit various times such as payroll general ledger accounts, reports and state, federal and city tax returns.
  • Compile payroll statistics for various reports for all locations and when necessary outside agencies
  • Update and maintain payroll and other financial records.
  • Prepare, analyze and select methods of presenting various financial data.
  • Prepare forecasts and analyze trends in payroll cost and benefits and general business conditions.
  • Compute and prepare accruals and prepayment for journal entries and account reconciliation.
  • Review and analyze information for the preparation of financial statements, ledgers, reports and taxes for reasonableness.
  • May support other areas within Finance/ others department as required to meet department goals.
  • Resolve routing questions and problems, and refer more complex issues to higher levels.
  • Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
  • Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
