Payment Operations Specialist (USDT Payment Card Solution)

We are a fintech company focused on digital assets and payment solutions, dedicated to breaking traditional payment barriers through innovativeUSDT payment card products. Our card enables users to seamlessly use stablecoins (Tether) in daily global transactions, supporting both online and offline payments. We are rapidly expanding into emerging markets worldwide.

Position Overview

As the Operations Lead for the USDT Payment Card project, you will be fully involved in the end-to-end process—from product launch to user growth. Your responsibilities will include managing channel partnerships, driving user activation and retention, collaborating on risk control processes, conducting data analysis, and driving iterative optimization. You will serve as a critical hub connecting the market, product, compliance, and customer support teams to ensure the card product operates smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently while continuously improving the user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Product Launch & Daily Operations

  • Support preparations for scaling the payment card from pilot to full launch
  • Develop and execute daily operational workflows including KYC processing, card activation, top-up, freezing, and loss reporting
  • Manage the card lifecycle (application, issuance, renewal, suspension) and optimize related processes
  • Liaise with payment channels, KYC vendors (e.g., Sumsub), card networks, and settlement service providers

User Growth & Operational Campaigns

  • Plan and execute user acquisition, conversion, and retention campaigns (e.g., referral rebates, cashback, sign-up rewards)
  • Collaborate with marketing/community teams to drive viral growth, trading incentives, leaderboard tasks, etc.
  • Optimize the user journey (application–KYC–card issuance–usage–support) to enhance conversion and satisfaction

Compliance & Risk Control Collaboration

  • Assist compliance teams in address screening (e.g., KYT, OFAC-sanctioned addresses), flagging anomalies, and emergency handling
  • Participate in designing AML and risk control processes
  • Monitor vendor SLAs and service quality

Data Analysis & Optimization

  • Build and maintain operational dashboards (e.g., KYC pass rates, card activation rates, top-up/spending, retention rates)
  • Analyze user behavior and conversion paths to develop optimization strategies
  • Provide regular reports and improvement proposals to management

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, tech, compliance, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Drive the launch of new features, bug fixes, and user feedback loops

Requirements

Basic Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in fintech, payments, virtual cards, or the Web3 industry
  • Familiarity with digital wallets, USDT stablecoin, and blockchain fundamentals
  • Experience in card operations/project management/KYC/KYT/compliance is a plus
  • Professional communication and documentation skills in both English and Chinese
  • Detail-oriented, clear logic, strong execution, and cross-functional collaboration ability
  • Proficient in Excel, Notion, and dashboard tools (e.g., Looker, Metabase)

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with crypto card projects (e.g., Binance Card, OKX Card, Wirex)
  • Familiarity with compliance tools like Sumsub, ComplyAdvantage, Chainalysis
  • Remote and international collaboration experience; adaptable to fast-paced startup environments
  • Fluency in Malay, Indonesian, Thai, or other languages is a plus
