Job description

Data Analysis & Reporting (Core focus)

Fund Flow Analysis: Analyze and monitor capital levels, transaction volumes, and fund allocation efficiency to identify optimization opportunities and support strategic fund distribution.

Regular Reporting: Own the preparation and dissemination of daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, focusing on payment channel health, fund thresholds, and risk indicators.

Payment Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of key payment metrics, including success rates, failure reasons, costs, and processing delays, across various channels (bank cards, e-wallets, transfers, etc.).

Data Preparation & Integrity: Clean, transform, and structure raw data from various sources (i.e., databases, operational logs) to ensure high data quality and readiness for analysis. Focus on designing and maintaining efficient data structures.

Dashboard Development: Assist in the design, construction, and maintenance of operational and strategic dashboards (e.g., in BI tools) to visualize key metrics, channel performance, and risk trends.

Process Optimization: Identify and automate data gathering and reporting processes to improve team efficiency and productivity.

Operational Support Insights

Anomaly Identification: Use statistical and analytical skills to spot trends, anomalies, and potential issues in payment behavior and channel performance that require immediate operational or strategic attention.

Metric Definition Support: Assist in tracking and reporting on key operating metrics (OKRs) crucial for evaluating the health of payment operations.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or above in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Analysis, Information Management, Statistics, Finance, Economics).

Experience: 1‑2 years of professional experience in a data‑focused role, ideally within fintech, payment institutions, or financial services.

Technical Skills (Must-Have)

Strong understanding of data structure and organization principles.

Proficiency in SQL and Python

Experience with BI / dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
