As the Director of Quality, you will ensure the highest standard of food production that keeps guests coming back for more.

Candidate Expectations and Qualifications
  • Minimum Certificate/Vocational/Diploma
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in hotels or restaurants
  • Ability to bake a wide range of dishes, from breads to pastries and desserts
  • Positive and inviting attitude, enjoy working with children and adults
  • Passion for food
  • Self‑motivated, teamwork
