Job Overview

This role reports directly to the Chief Corporate Officer and will work closely with both existing and potential vendors, to develop and manage strong, mutually beneficial partnerships. This role will naturally grow to be a Senior Partnership Manager in 12-18 months, based on performance and results.

Develop and manage strong relationships with key vendors globally, focusing on enhancing service delivery and performance.

Identify and evaluate potential vendors in alignment with the company's standards, including recruitment agencies and EOR vendors, to expand the company’s vendor network.

Collaborate with vendors to ensure the consistent delivery of services, resolve any operational issues, and address any service concerns promptly.

Identify opportunities for process improvement, service enhancement, and cost savings with existing and potential vendors.

Negotiate vendor contracts and service agreements, ensuring that terms align with the company’s goals and objectives.

Maintain accurate records of all vendor-related contracts and communications.

Act as a key liaison between vendors and internal teams, facilitating smooth collaboration and communication.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in vendor management, partnerships, or a related role, ideally within global markets.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and key stakeholders.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Results-driven with a strong focus on cost-reduction strategies, performance improvement, and service excellence.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple vendor relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel globally as required to manage vendor relationships and identify new opportunities.
