Partnership / Business Development Executive

We’re looking for a proactive fresh graduate who enjoys organizing, communicating, and making things happen. You’ll help ensure that campaigns and collaborations run smoothly by coordinating with teams, tracking progress, and assisting with day‑to‑day execution. You’ll also have the opportunity to join external meetings and discussions to see how partnerships come to life.

Gain hands‑on experience in marketing partnerships, campaign operations, and cross‑team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and follow up on action items to ensure project timelines and deliverables are on track.
• Support in preparing decks, reports, and documentation when required.
• Assist in campaign setup, partner approvals, and other project deliverables.
• Support ad‑hoc projects, meetings, or events as needed.
• Reports to Senior Marketing & Partnership Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese, and Malay.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn quickly.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for daily reporting and presentation tasks.
• Positive attitude, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

• Experience using Canva or other design tools.
