Job description

Please note that we will only be able to accept candidates who have the appropriate rights and documentation for employment in Malaysia.

Who We Are.

Axi is a leading global provider of margin and deliverable Foreign Exchange, Contracts for Difference (CFDs), and Financial Spread betting. Our business has evolved into a world-class, multifaceted brokerage with offices in six regions. With heavy investment in the latest trading technology, Axi seeks to offer the most comprehensive end-to-end trading experience available, servicing traders of all levels from beginners to institutional-level clients.

Let’s talk about the cool stuff you will do at Axi!

The Thai market is a priority growth market for Axi — and this role exists because acquisition alone doesn’t build a business. You’ll own a live book of active clients and turn consistent, intelligent engagement into measurable revenue: deeper product utilisation, lower churn, and a portfolio that compounds in value over time. If you’ve already built trust with IB or HNW clients in the Thai trading community, this is where that network becomes your advantage.

Your EDGE Assignment/You Will
  • Own a defined portfolio of active Thai market clients, driving increased trading volume, net deposits, and lifetime value across the book.
  • Lead the full post-acquisition relationship cycle — fromonboarding completion through to long-term retention — delivering measurable reductions in churn within your assigned client base.
  • Deliver against individual revenue and portfolio growth targets by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities mapped to each client’s trading behaviour, risk profile, and product usage.
  • Design and execute proactive, data-informed outreach strategies that convert passive accounts into high-value, revenue-generating relationships.
  • Resolve escalated client issues with urgency, owning outcomes end-to-end rather than handing off to support queues.
  • Provide pipeline and portfolio reporting to senior leadership, translating client-level intelligence into actionable retention and commercial insights.
  • Build and maintain deep knowledge of Axi’s product suite — including leverage trading, copy trading, and commodity and equity market instruments — tocredibly advise clients and identify the right moments to deepen engagement.
Are you the one?
  • 3 - 5 years of experience managing client relationships in a CFD, FX, or US equity brokerage environment, with a track record of growing and retaining a live trading portfolio.
  • Hands-on experience with MT4 and MT5 is essential — you understand how clients use these platforms and can speak to functionality without needing a product sheet.
  • Solid working knowledge of leverage trading, copy trading mechanics, and commodity and stock market products, with the ability to translate that knowledge into relevant, timely client conversations.
  • An existing book of IB or HNW clients in the Thai market is a significant advantage — candidates who bring established relationships will be prioritised.
  • Demonstrated ability to hit quantitative targets, ideally including net deposit or revenue metrics at the portfolio level.
  • Comfortable working with CRM data to segment client behaviour, prioritise outreach, and report pipeline health to senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with UK or Australian regulatory requirements for retail trading clients is a strong plus.
  • Thai language fluency is expected given the market focus; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Commercially sharp, with the instinct to spot an upsell moment without it feeling transactional to the client.
  • Organised enough to manage a broad portfolio without letting relationships go cold, and decisive enough to resolve issues before they become churn.
Axi’s bag of delights
  • Competitive total rewards package.
  • Extensive learning opportunities, including professional certifications and continuous development.
  • 21 annual leave days per year.
  • Public holidays as declared by the local government.
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage.
